A new Chapter to an old book

nIGHTLY jAVA sO  I finally woke up at 15:00 hours, and went to get some moo fluid, and of course since I haven’t been able to plug it in at night Wolf-Pup wouldn’t start. So out came the hot box, and I was running again, but as low a fuel as I have that’s no doubt a good thing to be going anywhere, but hey gotta do what you gotta do. This Utah nightmare is soon history, I think, still thinking on Tooele versus Evanston, but it’ll be one way or another a week from Monday, suffice to say I’m pulling the cork.

Which brings me to the questions and thought patterns here.

The reason that HazzardAyre and all parts(shows) connected to thereof, have made a bigger impact is because all too many don’t know its there. Or if they know of it where to find us and tune in, so what do you do? Well you can beg and plead for air time on a TV station on a show directly connected to the subject matters we are all about on HazzardAyre, which in this day and time, with TV revenues at all time lows and on demand, and streaming stations like HULU nibbling at the hind ends of local TV stations you’d think somebody hollering for ad time, rather than their ad people having to flush it out would be welcome, not have to fight for 5 months. So it goes. But a web based radio network and shows there of are not so local, we are in words of ZZ top, Nationwide. So makes sense to place ads there so looking at getting something produced by the friends of the Wolvez in Pocatello, and get it out to METV who is pretty damn mad at KTVX for ignoring us for so long for such a minor thing as a background of a rebel flag.

Of course the other TV venue that few look into. There’s an old adage, that goes if you can’t exceed, meld. Latinos love low riders and tricked out chrome rigs. So why not appeal to them and do a few ads on the few, still able to be seen on analog TV Latino stations. Get somebody to voice over in Mexican , and get the Latino’s to tune in.

Then there is print, go local in want ad papers, as well as reissue good old Hazzard Gazzette, that we reworked from Monkey Bizzness out of Gooding in 1996. Mickey made damn good money, so did we and so make money and draw more to the radio station/show/network.

With that we begin in 2015 with what we started with in 1987. Dixie Diesel Trucker Radio, on RodeWolfFM or www.livestream.com/rodewolffm . Dixie Diesel was the way back in to something that was hanging on by a very thin string about the size and strength as the thin thread of a pair of nylons>kryptonyte. But how Dixie Diesel came to be is one thing and I’ll tell you that next time, but getting back on that magic carpet of Dixie Diesel as part of RodeWolfFm which is now the SEEster of HazzardAyre, is a wise choice, but risky at best, but it’s a way there, grand that we can market to the aviation community, but drawing those in that used to support Dixie-Diesel Radio, from truck dealers to equipment suppliers, and everything in between, might just get some needed green flowing into the cash stash here at RodeWolvez HQ.

It’s just that, even if CH-4 didn’t want to do a full blown ad push for Cooter’s A1 Towing, why not just run the safety ad from Allstate Insurance, and insert , a voice over saying this message presented by Cooter’s A1 Towing of Idaho/Utah/Wyoming, with our company logo? Make it a 15 second ad, and be done with it?
