Damned if you do, damned if you ain't

All because I wanted to borrow a lawn mower. Can you believe this crap? 
Woke up this morning all going fairly well, met with the website designers for our radio op, and of course the Knytes, and so sitting on MY porch watching the morning doves, my there a ton of em and they're getting frisky. Must need to mate before the hard winter. So there sitting , up came one of our cities finest barking about ME of all peoples messing with kids. Now I ain't saying I'm perfect, and yes I do mash the pedal a bit much, hey country roads around here are test tracks. But I have never ever , and I MEAN NEVER EVER, messed with no childrens and anything of the sort. Yet there are people that don't quite understand a 1% outlaw biker let alone a renegade go fast high octane trucker. Okay sure I love my Confederate ways, and yes that was brought on in my teens when I found the Dukes-of-Hazzard and started digging into my ancestors, but still and that in itself should spotlight the fact , that harming a child, pre teen tween or anyone under age kid. Or any kid. To which, if charges are EVER brought, I'll be happy to sue for defamation of character, and any business loss's. I'm tired of this, but it's also why outside of a very select few that I REALLY trust, do we hire visual talent . Any more I farm that off to an agency outside the area. Mainly because of the misconception of anyone . Face it guys are guys, especially those into muscle trucks, cars, and aircraft. Aircraft nose art

 this has been a tradition for many years even before I was ever born, yet because we shoot these kinds of photos and all, we are very bad people. Moreover I'm supposed to be Lucifer himself. As far as this messing with kids, even the local Sheriff knows all too well, that ain't how I was raised, nor would I even consider it. However in this era, everyone including small rural towns folk, live under a state or thought pattern of paranoia. I don't deserve this, but two things this winter when these same folks slide off the highway and are needing me to come fetch em, LexiBelle and I are not going to be responding too fast, and even if we do take the call from one of these accusers, the charge is going to be tripple. Second when they are in need of employment, be it through the radio werx or my company, the answer is going to be, sorry but our opening has been filled. 

Yep friends and Knytes, your damned if your kind and neighborly , but if your mean and unfriendly your damned as well. Days like today, makes me think, why the hell did I move back here?
